Darwin Song Project Film
The full Darwin Song Project film is now available to view below (split over three clips).
In March 2009 eight artists from the UK and US were invited to come together for a week to write songs which have a resonance and relevance to the life of Charles Darwin. (Charles Darwin was born and educated in Shrewsbury). The Song Project Artists are Chris Wood, Karine Polwart, Mark Erelli, Rachael McShane, Jez Lowe, Stu Hanna, Krista Detor and Emily Smith. The songs were performed at Theatre Severn in Shrewsbury and at the 2009 festival
