Although an annual UK visitor, Lucy usually plays a few shows and then heads back to the US, so we’re proud that she’s making a special trip over just to play at Shrewsbury.

One of the artists at the heart of the singer/songwriter scene in the mid-90s, Lucy has gone on to be one of the finest contemporary folk artists around, releasing consistently strong albums and in constant demand as a backing vocalist for others. She appears from time to time on the same bill as Richard Shindell, but the chance to put them together means we have a unique duo show on Saturday night.
